The Dim To command results in a brightness adjustment of a lamp module so that the resulting brightness is the level specified. For standard, one-way lamp modules, this means changing to fully bright first and then dimming to the desired level. When using an ActiveHome (CM-11) with a two-way lamp module, the lamp will change directly to the desired level without going to fully bright first. The Dim To command is ignored by appliance modules and Socket Rockets.
